Why Revori
See it work

Live on your data before anything is installed.

Revori starts on a cloud server the same month you start, then moves onto your own infrastructure once the pilot proves out. No system needs to be connected on day one for it to be useful.

Revori does not require a full company-wide implementation before a brokerage sees value. It begins with the production engine: production and Book of Business data, run on a cloud server while the team builds the workflows that matter. From there, brokerages that are ready expand into the full AI harness, connecting the general ledger, files, and on-premises hardware as that work proves out.

The specific systems connected depend on what Revori needs to analyze or automate for that brokerage.

What stays constant is the sequence: start with the production engine, prove it, then implement the full AI harness.

Month 1
Onboarding
Production data is connected on a cloud server. No hardware and no installation window to wait on, just the data brought online so the work can start.
Months 2–4
Pilot
A 3-month test sequence, run on that same cloud infrastructure. Revori’s team works alongside yours, custom-building the actual workflows the brokerage will run on.
Month 5 onward
Installation
The pilot converts into a hardware install inside your building, expanding from the production engine into the full AI harness: Book of Business and general ledger integration added. Workflow build-out continues alongside your team from there.
Implementation

Connect the systems around the brokerage, without replacing them.

Revori connects to the operational record through API or structured uploads, then resolves the data into a consistent environment for reporting, chat, and workflow.
