Revori (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Tech Innovations Hub LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you access or use the Revori platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described here, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect information to operate and improve the Service, across four categories:

Account information — name, email address, and contact details provided when creating an account; company name, job title, and organizational role; authentication credentials, with passwords stored in hashed form only; and billing information necessary to process payments through our third-party payment processors.

Usage data — browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and IP address; pages visited, features used, timestamps, and session durations; interaction data such as clicks, searches, and navigation patterns within the Service; and referral sources and landing page information.

Production data — insurance production data, policy records, carrier information, and related business data uploaded to the platform by brokerages and their authorized users; documents, reports, and files you upload or generate through the Service; and data derived from integrations with third-party systems you choose to connect.

Communications — messages, feedback, and correspondence sent to us through the Service or via email, and support tickets and related interaction records.

3. How we use your information

We process your information to deliver and operate the Revori platform, including processing production data and generating analytics, reports, and insights; to create and manage your account, authenticate access, and communicate with you about your account status; to analyze usage patterns, identify issues, and develop new features; to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity; to send service-related notifications and respond to your inquiries; to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal process; and to generate anonymized, aggregated insights that do not identify individual users or organizations.

4. Data storage & security

We implement technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256), access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, regular security assessments and vulnerability testing, monitoring and logging of access to production systems, and incident response procedures for timely detection and resolution of security events.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest on secure, US-based cloud infrastructure. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely infallible, and we cannot warrant absolute security.

5. Data sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with trusted service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and analytics, subject to contractual obligations to protect your data; in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; when disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or the rights, safety, or property of our users or others; and when you have given explicit consent for a specific sharing purpose. Any third-party service providers we engage are required to maintain confidentiality and security standards consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion of your personal data subject to certain legal exceptions, request a machine-readable copy of your data for transfer to another service, request that we restrict processing under certain circumstances, object to processing for specific purposes, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

7. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and support the functionality of the Service, including essential cookies necessary for authentication and session management, analytics cookies that help us understand how users interact with the Service, and preference cookies that store your settings. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit functionality. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies for targeted advertising.

8. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, maintain your account, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your account is terminated or upon a valid deletion request, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or regulatory compliance. Production data uploaded by brokerage accounts is retained in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors.
